Started my marathon training this week. So far so good - Monday ran 40 minutes, Tuesday Yoga, Today ran 40 again. Due to the dark weather here (it is dark by 3:30) I have to run over my lunch break if I want to avoid the treadmill and oh boy is Stockholm beautiful in the winter. Both days I have ran down to the lake, which is frozen over, and thoroughly enjoyed the cold, fresh air and sunshine!
Week 1 of 26 is a success (...so far)

YEAH for marathon training! Make sure you keep up with yoga the entire way through - I think that was one of my downfalls in Tulsa.
You should post the temps out when you run - that way I will have no excuses because it is "too cold" in Iowa.
I want pics of the lake in the winter! Love you, Mom
