(500) Days of Summer

See this movie!  It was great.  So great I am not sending it back to Netflix so that I can watch it again.

Oh, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt is today's celebrity one...

Atonement

So apparently my blog is now all about movies.  Don't worry, my netflix is up Feb 20 so I won't be able to afford to see anymore after that....

I did, however, watch Atonement tonight. Started out s l o w, but was a great story in the end.  The kind of movie that sticks with you.  Kiera Knightley is BEAutiful, btw - Kier, there is hope that I will name a child Kiera for you if there is hope she will look like K. Knightley.

Role Models, Fool's Gold, Religulous

So yesterday I watched 3 count them T H R E E movies!  All good and all worth seeing (if you are unemployed and have nothing better to do with your time than watch three movies in a day...).

The Proposal, Yes Man

So I just watched The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds and Yes Man with Jim Carey.  I would recommend both of them, they were great.  Oh and Ryan Reynolds is now my new celebrity one...I am so in love.  Now I just need to find an open landscape architect position in Alaska and Coach can be my father in law...

Oh and here is something that stinks:

I was able to watch these movies because of a free netflix trial...which I forgot to cancel last night and now have been charged for another month.  NOTE TO SELF: cancel Netflix on February 20 or be charged another $17 that you don't have...

Avatar, Funny People

Ike, Jake and I saw Avatar in 3D yesterday.  It was awesome, seriously one of the best movies I have ever seen.  I would recommend it to anyone, it has something for everyone - romance, action, fantasy, plus the cinematography was great.  I will be seeing this again.  Anyone up for Imax?

I also watched Funny People yesterday thanks to my free netflix trial.  It was ok.  That is about all I have to say.  It was entertaining enough, but about an hour too long.

Here is a link where you can hear the soundtrack to the movie "Where the Wild Things Are." Exciting.
