So I am thinking the marathon is off.
The Achilles are getting worse rather than better. I am not going to bike anymore since the last 80 min ride on Sunday is still haunting me, which leaves lifting or swimming. My gym doesn't have a pool and I can't afford another membership somewhere obv. Kind of bumbed, but figure I can work on my strength and flexibility in the mean time.
Will take the rest of the 2-3 weeks my doc told me to wait before I contacted here again and see how it goes. If I have to go back I will be getting an ultra sound and then who knows what...but I am told anything beyond a normal doc appt is a bit spendy here...eek
