Marathon training for today included: 50 min bike, Yoga, ab work, and 'achilles tendinitis healing' calf raisers...
Marathon eating for today included: carrots, cucumbers and hummus from Stories (the cafe in the library at school). I got this treat instead of a sad looking piece of carrot cake and for only 20 Kr...or 3 bucks, trust me, that is a steal in this country especially considering I have enough left for two more rounds!
