marathon training: week 1

Completed week 1 of my marathon training plan.  I ran for a total of 215 minutes, went to a yoga and a core class at the gym.

I am not sure why my internet won't let me upload my wintery pictures of Sweden...  If I could I would be able to show you why I don't mind the cold weather one bit.

If the cold weather is bothering you, why don't you make this pumpkin bread.  I added walnuts to mine and had to force myself to put it away before it disappeared...
