Running 2010: 6
I ran my same 3 mile route again yesterday and finished 30 seconds faster (25:30 = ~8:30 pace) than the first time and I DIDN'T look at my watch and want to quit after 3 minutes...this is progress people. Go me!

Please quit running. I would like to get a few miles in at some point.
Although...I did just get my food journal back from the nutritionist and she is wondering if I am working out too much. HAH! I wish...
