So I have been sentenced to the bike for the next 2-3 weeks due to Achilles tendinitis....or I think that is what she agreed I had in Swedish... I now have 10 days of drugs, 6 weeks minimum of special exercises, and an uncertain amount of time with special shoe inserts that I have been unable to find so far while running around Stockholm.
So anyways I am biking for 3 weeks if I can do so with no pain. And if nothing has improved in a month then I will go in for an ultra sound.
IF I can run again in three weeks, that means my marathon (Kier, I just wrote marathong...) training time will be cut down to 10/11 weeks....I am getting a little nervous....
