Marathon Training: 65 minute bike ride and lifting...

Marathon Eating (...can I write this without being the same as binge eating??): Feta eggs for b fast.  Choc chip pancakes for lunch.  Chicken/Salsa/'Half frozen from the fridge' vegetables for dinner...I am trying to eat the food I already have so tomorrow night has to include something with cream of chicken or mushroom soup and dare I say, my disgusting whole wheat noodles...KIER/MOM??

In other news.  It is super nice in Stockholm right now.  Hovering around freezing with blue skies until 4.  A few classmates and I went for a winter stroll through the woods behind campus and it was divine!  We also came up with some exciting plans for the weekend...will do my best to take pictures.

Think fiber...! whole wheat is good for you. cream of mushroom soup makes everything delicious!
