...but I actually worked out today. Did a 5k to get a starting point - stupid tredmill added the cooldown into my stats so I don't know specific times, but the first mile was 8:16? second, 16:01, and third 23 something....w/e
then I lifted, came home and ran around like a chicken with my head cut off to get ready for tomorrow...awesome
PS.Track meet today was awesome. We have some tudes to work out, but the distance girls keep getting better! (I will have more time this weekend to update...) and I now wasted 5 minutes of my already less than 6 hours of sleep...
