Here is the struggle I had to go through to complete this run: Got home from work early and was going to go run, but had to check my e-mail and work on a design project. Then I was going to go running, but was a little hungry so I ate some crackers and cheese and straw-rhub cobbler. Then I was going to go running but had to digest, so naturally I took a nap. Then I was going to go running, but I hit snooze. Then I was going to go running, but I hit snooze. Then I was going to go running, but I hit snooze. Then I was going to go running, but I hit snooze. Then I was going to go running, but I hit snooze. Then I finally went running!

Running Running Running
I just ran 5.7 miles in 47 minutes! Hooray! That is 8 minute 12 second pace, or close to. I am trying to make up for skipping my 7 miles run this weekend by adding in those miles in my next three day's runs. So total for T-W-R I need to fit in 17 miles.
