
So I went on my 3 mile run on Thursday morning. I am NOT a morning person...and I didn't even make the entire 3 miles at my sluggish pace, i stopped at 2.2 miles and walked home. Ugh, what a disappointment.
AND THEN, this weekend I skipped my 7 miles run all together. My excuse is that it was cold and rainy, but really I was just feeling lazy and replaced my exercise with a ton of junk food. Awesome.
I am planning on doing my long run tomorrow because I refuse to skip a run all together, but we will see how it goes.
Marathon training whoot!
